A leading global snack company in Clamart is seeking a Temporary Order Management role within Customer Service & Logistics. The successful candidate will manage customer orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery while optimizing order logistics. Strong numerical and analytical skills, along with high proficiency in SAP, are essential. This role provides an excellent opportunity for growth in a dynamic FMCG environment. Relocation support is not available.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the total supply chain/order-to-cash process.
• Customer-facing role in customer service, logistics or sales.
• Experience in an order-to-cash environment.

Responsabilités

• Capture, enter, and validate customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Serve as a dedicated contact for order management.
• Optimize order drop sizes and frequency to reduce transportation costs.
• Ensure accurate and complete order acknowledgement or export documents.

Connaissances

Good numerical, analytical and logical reasoning skills

High-level of SAP competence

Experience within an FMCG/CPG company

You will capture, enter and validate customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, using all methods and all order types.

How you will contribute

• Serve as a dedicated contact (business partner) for a defined set of customers for order management
• Take orders, process and edit them, ensure delivery on a timely and accurate manner, and create billing information (including credit and debit notes)
• Have regular direct contact with customers (supply chain or buying department) regarding logistics
• Optimize order drop sizes and frequency in alignment with the customer to reduce outbound transportation costs
• Ensure that order acknowledgement and/or export documents are complete, accurate and inline with export/import laws in the relevant country
• Organize transport via third‑party logistic operators and ensure on‑time delivery
