What to Expect:

The data, UX design, and cybersecurity fields are at the forefront of our clients' priorities. As a Data / AI Project Manager within our DIXIT team (Data, UX, Cybersecurity), you will help clients realize their projects from start to finish, providing technical and functional expertise with high added value.

Operational Missions:

You will bring your expertise to advise on holistic projects involving cross-disciplinary skills: innovation strategy, strategic planning, data-driven approaches, cybersecurity, customer experience, organizational design, operational performance, and cultural transformation.

You may lead data projects from stakeholder engagement to implementation (AMOA) or deploy data management across the company (Data Office to business units).

• Structured and methodical, you will establish governance and data regulation frameworks (operational models, roles, responsibilities, committees, processes, tools).
• Communicative, you will promote corporate data strategies and specific data structuring (audit, implementation, study, definition, and change management).
• Passionate about data and technology, with curiosity about our clients' business issues, you wish to join a dynamic team working on high-value projects.

Project Management:

As a Project Manager, you will:

• Be proactive and collaborative, ensuring project success through quality deliverables and risk management.
• Work in an agile manner, guaranteeing service quality, optimizing activities, and supporting team skill development. Your excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude will make a difference with clients and colleagues.
• Be rigorous, organized, and possess strong written communication skills, providing regular reporting and capturing key project learnings.
• Be autonomous, energetic, and entrepreneurial, eager to contribute to the company's growth.
• Have managerial and pedagogical qualities, experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams, and committed to continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a BAC+5 degree (business school, engineering school, or university).
• Has significant experience in project management and information systems within Data / AI activities (Data Governance, Data Platform, Data Analysis, Data Science, AI).
• Demonstrates expertise in at least one data segment (strategy, governance, analysis, science, engineering, platform).
• Wants to contribute to developing our consulting services and participate in major transformation projects.
• English proficiency is a plus.
