Une entreprise d'assurance recherche un(e) Conseiller(ère) en assurance à Aurillac. Le candidat devra promouvoir et vendre des produits d'assurance tout en établissant une relation de confiance avec les sociétaires. Une expérience commerciale est appréciée, tout comme les compétences en écoute et en travail d'équipe. Le poste est en CDD de 12 mois avec un salaire entre 26 500 € et 27 500 € par an et offre des formations, des primes de performance et d'autres avantages.

Qualifications

• Commercial or insurance background, ideally Bac+2/3.
• First successful sales experience.
• Strong listening, customer orientation, and collective spirit.
• Results‑oriented and adaptable to transformation.
