The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in booking and promotion, coupled with a robust network of venue contacts. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in booking and promotion of concerts.
• Structured, reliable, and professional workflow.
• Familiarity with concert production, marketing, and technical requirements.

Lancelot Productions – The World of Culture, Music & Film is looking for an experienced Booker / Promoter to support our national and international booking department and promote our concerts.

We operate in more than 300 cities worldwide with leading talent and A‑list performers.

🔹 Your Tasks

• Booking of national and international concert venues
• Working closely with promoters, venues, and our marketing department to get concerts on sale
• Fostering existing relationships and developing new ones
• Negotiating contracts and agreements
• Collaborating with our production department

🔹 Your Profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in booking and promotion of concerts
• Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal abilities
• Established network of national and international venue and promoter contacts
• Structured, reliable, and professional workflow
• Familiarity with concert production, marketing, and technical requirements
• Experience with contracts, negotiations, and riders

Mandatory skills :

Proficiency in computer work (Word, Excel, Google Sheets)

Fluent French (spoken and written)

Fluent English (spoken and written) – C1 Advanced level recommended
