A leading gaming technology company is seeking a Senior Director of Systems to oversee and expand its Casino Management Systems business in Europe. You will engage with key stakeholders, develop market strategies, and lead a customer-focused team to drive sales success. The ideal candidate has 7-10 years of technical sales experience and fluency in French is desired. This role involves travel to Nice, Barcelona, and occasionally Las Vegas.
The Senior Director of Systems is accountable for the overall performance of our Casino Management Systems business in Europe. Working with local and global teams they will define customer opportunities, deliver activities to secure new customers and manage the teams that support existing customers.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they build positive, trusted relationships with key team members and C-Suite decision makers and demonstrate a natural ability to help customer partners realise value and efficiency from their investment in L&W’s products and services.
Candidates coming from an ERP background would be well suited to this role.
Travel required to our offices in Nice & Barcelona (operational base for development and support teams) with occasional travel Las Vegas (global head office)
