A luxury resort located in the breathtaking setting of the French Alps is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to oversee kitchen operations. You will manage Sous-Chefs and other culinary staff ensuring high quality and efficient order execution. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of relevant culinary leadership experience and fluency in French and English. The Chef de Cuisine is responsible for supervising and managing a team of Sous-Chefs, Chefs de Partie , Demi-Chefs de Partie , Commis de Cuisine, trainees and apprentices.
He/She is responsible for ensuring the speed and quality of execution of orders placed in the dining room, and for ensuring that work is distributed evenly between the various positions.
