• Ensure high service standards in a luxury hotel setting.

Description du poste

We are looking for Chef(s) de Rang to join the team at our luxury hotel.

Contract length varies from seasonal to yearly, with the high season in Dubai running from September to May.

Regular week: 48 hours, including duty meals.

Opportunities to work in various F&B outlets:

• Michelin-starred Portuguese restaurant Tasca
• Japanese Steakhouse Netsu
• Mediterranean restaurant The Bay
• Noor / Club Lounge

Salary: Comprises a fixed base salary plus service charge and tips, all tax-free.

Housing: Provided in a shared flat with amenities including Wi-Fi, 24/7 security, gym, recreation areas, and rooftop terrace.

Transportation from housing to the hotel is provided free of charge 24/7.

Additional Benefits: Medical insurance and in-house training are included. Flights are paid for by Mandarin Oriental.
