Overview

VIASANTE - PERPIGNAN is part of VIASANTÉ, mutual of Groupe AG2R LA MONDIALE, a major player in social protection in France. It provides supplementary health insurance for individuals, professionals and companies. It ranks 6th among French mutuals and protects nearly one million people. The Real Estate and General Services Directorate manages with 16 staff a real estate portfolio of 44,000 m² across 27 departments, 13 administrative sites (including Perpignan and Toulouse) and 39 sales agencies.

For the project to rehabilitate premises in Perpignan, the Real Estate and General Services Directorate needs to reinforce its team with a Project Manager - Works profile. You will be employed by the SCET GE Employers Group as a 12-month fixed-term contract and seconded to VIASANTE.

Mission

You will be responsible for supervising coordination of construction and renovation projects in relay of the Real Estate and General Services Director, to whom you will report. Based in Toulouse or Perpignan, you may work at all VIASANTE sites; the priority project in the first 6 months is the rehabilitation of Perpignan establishment. Your involvement continues until delivery, ensuring quality, schedule and budget objectives are met.

Qualifications

Formed as an engineer in construction, civil engineering or BTP, with a minimum of 5 years\' experience in project management. Mastery of multi-party coordination and project management issues. Willing to travel across the territory; enjoys construction environment and team leadership.
