An educational institution in Paris is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support various digital marketing projects. Location: Job summary
Responsible for supporting the digital marketing projects operational developments in order to guarantee a continuous update and upgrade of all the online materials, launch of new projects, and reach of the shared web marketing targets.
Digital Marketing Materials Updates – Updates independently (after a shared planning) all the digital marketing materials, publishes new contents on the main website using the CMS (Content Management System), and coordinates the external partners (web agencies) for sharing specific briefs about standard digital marketing projects/materials developments. From the launch of a new landing page to the creation of a new section on the main website—from the definition of a set of banners to a new DEM proposal, for example.
Supports special projects (e.g., new website/SEO enhancements) in all operational needs from the very beginning to the final phases of test launch and post go‑live fine‑tuning. Manages all social media activities after approval of a strategic editorial order to support increasing quality of posted materials and coordinates web designers for the definition or selection of new images or other materials (animated gif/short videos).
Leads Generation – Supports the advertising campaigns execution by suggesting ADV texts and images to reach the school target audience appropriately. Aware of the continuous updates needed to enhance ADV quality and facilitate campaign optimization.
Leads Conversion – Supports contact plans to guarantee CRM activities implementation. Manages direct e‐mail creative definition, database selection, e‑mail tests, and final scheduling. Responsible for performance analysis and suggests/executes A/B tests and SMS mailings to improve the final conversion rate of a specific campaign.
Internal/External Coordination – Develops strong cooperation with the Communication Department to respect brand image in all digital materials and shares digital marketing needs internally for operational support while respecting deadlines in an enlarged team working atmosphere.
Works with external partners proactively, pushing them to manage specific projects within a certain timing and challenging them to reach a common goal.
Reporting – Sets or requests reports to understand the performances of managed activities and plans effective actions to improve results. Uses Salesforce, Google Analytics, Marketing Cloud, and other tools.
