You are part of a project team that conducts long‑term research projects that will help us deliver our strategy. You plan and execute projects and/or work tracks from hypothesis to experiments and through to results interpretation, write up, recommendations and dissemination. In this role, you establish internal and external technical networks and interact independently with senior managers and stakeholders.

How you will contribute

You will plan, lead and coordinate projects and/or work tracks, collaborating with senior technical colleagues, and supporting and influencing cross‑functional, cross‑category customers through the delivery of technical programs. You fundraising, eligibility, or the best practices of SMEs.

What you will bring

• The functionality of ingredients, knowing ways to manipulate those ingredients, and the inter‑relationship among ingredient, processing and packaging.
• Communicating complex technical problems and solutions in a clear and concise manner to technical and non‑technical stakeholders, adapting style and content accordingly.
• Handling multiple priorities and adhering to deadlines.
• Applying technical curiosity and scientific understanding to interpret and analyze data to reach clear conclusions, make recommendations and influence decision making.
• Working well with suppliers, academics and internal SMEs to deliver technical solutions.
