Profile Required

  
• 3–5 years of experience in change management
  
• Proven ability to design and implement change management methodologies (ADKAR etc.)
  
• Experience in digital transformation projects (data AI R&D context a plus)
  
• Strong communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  
• Creative proactive and autonomous able to simplify complex topics and engage diverse teams
  
• Fluent English required

Main Responsibilities

  
• Adapt global change management plans to local business needs and ensure adoption within R&D teams
  
• Monitor measure and report adoption levels; identify resistances and corrective actions
  
• Facilitate engagement of local teams and support managers in leading change
  
• Coordinate with other Change Managers to ensure coherence and share best practices
  
• Cover one of the following R&D scopes:     
        
  • CMC (Chemistry Manufacturing & Controls)
        
  • Research
        
  • Translational Medicine & Clinical Development
        
  • TAS WRA & SPEED (Strategy Portfolio Execution & Excellence)
