A well-known appliance manufacturer in Île-de-France is seeking a Category Manager to drive the execution of product strategies in the nutrition market. The ideal candidate will develop comprehensive business strategies, optimize product lineups, and collaborate closely with Brand and Key Account Managers. You should have a Master's in Marketing and five years of experience in product or category management, along with strong analytical and presentation skills. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of proven experience in product management, category management or trade marketing.
  • Deep expertise in data analysis and market trend interpretation.
  • Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

  • Develop and implement the operational/business strategy on the nutrition/ironing product categories.
  • Define key marketing actions to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Launch new products including launch plan and forecast.
  • Optimize product lineups such as pricing, exclusives, and promotions.
  • Monitor brand performance and KPIs.
  • Design consumer offers with the trade marketing team.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and promo tracking.
  • Define corrective action plans.
  • Work closely with Key Account Managers for listings and activations.
  • Perform monthly analysis of GFK panels.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Category Manager to focus on nutrition markets and own the GTM execution, effectively connecting our product strategy with sales execution. Brands: Kenwood, Braun, nutribullet.

Principle Account allegations
  • Develop and implement the operational/business strategy on the nutrition/ironing product categories by working in collaboration with the Brand Manager in charge of nutrition/ironing.
Main Responsibilities
  • Define key marketing actions to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Launch of new products (launch plan, forecast…)
  • Optimize product lineups (pricing, exclusives, promotions, etc.),
  • Monitor brand performance and KPIs
  • Design consumer offers with the trade marketing team
  • Conduct competitive intelligence, promo tracking
  • Define corrective action plans when needed
  • Work closely with the Key Account Managers to obtain and secure new listings and in‑store activations. Participate in client meetings.
  • Perform monthly analysis of GFK panels
