A global technology company is seeking a Business Specialist to standardize service delivery processes in a SaaS environment. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure effective implementation. Ideal candidates will possess strong service delivery understanding, process documentation skills, and fluency in English, with additional proficiency in French and/or German preferred. The position offers a hybrid work model based in Île-de-France.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

  • Define and document standardized implementation processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product teams for implementation methods.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Provide advisory support on service interactions.
  • Contribute to the Services Efficiency Roadmap.

Responsibilities

As a Business Specialist in the Center of Excellence Services for Legisway, you play a pivotal role in defining, documenting and standardizing our service delivery processes across the Legisway implementation lifecycle. You ensure consistency, efficiency and quality in service execution by collaborating closely with Product, Customer Success and Knowledge Teams.

  • Define and document standardized implementation processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to define and document implementation methods for new and existing features.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new releases from a services perspective.
  • Provide internal advisory support on non-technical service and support interactions.
  • Contribute to the Services Efficiency Roadmap and advise on future product improvements.
  • Support onboarding and skill development of new consultants through internal training and certification frameworks.
Skills required
  • Strong understanding of service delivery and customer success processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in process documentation and best practice development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with legal tech or SaaS implementation is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to easily grasp and explain technical concepts in a simple manner.
  • Fluent in English, with strong fluency in French and/or German preferred.
Location

Possible in Paris, Hurth or Alphen (hybrid)
