A B2B SaaS company is seeking a Business Development Manager in Paris to drive sales growth in France. The role involves engaging with C-suite executives, managing pipelines, and closing deals to enhance revenue. To support the expansion of the Ideals VDR in France, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager based in Paris. You’ll proactively prospect outbound opportunities, acquiring new customers with the ultimate goal of closing deals.
As a front‑line, quota‑carrying team member, you will actively reach out to new customers and oversee a pipeline of opportunities. Engaging proactively with C‑suite and key decision‑makers across Finance, Banking, and other sectors, you’ll accelerate our continuous revenue growth in the French market.

Proven track record: Be part of an established org with over 17 years in the VDR business, 30%+ YoY revenue growth, powering 10%+ of global M&A activity.
Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers throughout France
Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with strategic accounts and constantly developing new opportunities
Actively contribute to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy for France
Take part in arranging M&A Community events, enhancing Ideals’ visibility
Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
Structure, negotiate, and close deals
Consistently share insights and provide updates to customers
Provide relevant customer feedback to the product development and management teams
Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to grow customer satisfaction and the company’s revenue
2+ years of experience in a full 360 – from origination to closing – within B2B or professional services sector
Willingness and ability to conduct face‑to‑face meetings with clients
A track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing deals
Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery
Fluency in English (B2 minimum) and a native level of French
SaaS, Financial or Fintech industry background
