A fast-growing international electronics manufacturer is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) sector. The role focuses on developing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key clients across Europe. Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in EMS, be fluent in English, and thrive in a remote work environment. This is a chance to impact a dynamic company expansion.

  • 5+ years of proven experience in business development & sales in the EMS industry, with a strong client network.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong understanding of EMS, PCBA, and box-build solutions.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work autonomously in a remote setup.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies in the EMS market.
  • Drive sales for cables, PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly), system integration, and engineering value-added services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base by leveraging your strong network.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners in Southwest Europe.
  • Collaborate with APAC-based manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Work independently in a remote setting, managing business priorities and sales targets effectively.
What We Are Looking For
  • 5+ years of proven experience in business development & sales in the EMS industry, with a strong client network.
  • Fluent in English.
