12 month - fixed term contract

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Developer to join our team and lead the growth of our refurbished goods category. This role is pivotal in expanding our network of professional sellers and partners on the eBay Trade-In platform.

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset excellent communication & commercial skills and background in business development particularly within the e-commerce sector.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and acquire new professional sellers and partners specializing in refurbished goods to join the eBay Trade-In platform.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure successful onboarding and continued business growth on eBay.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize seller and partner experiences and enhance platform functionality.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.
  • Implement strategies to scale the business of onboarded sellers driving revenue growth and improving seller performance metrics.
  • Provide guidance and support to sellers and partners helping them navigate eBays tools and resources effectively.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at promoting refurbished goods on eBay.
