Our client isa fast-growing software development outsourcing firm delivering high-quality, scalable digital solutions for an international client base. their focus on emerging technologies especially Artificial Intelligence (AI) allows them to serve clients across industries with agility and innovation.

The team

You'll join the Board of Directors as an independent, non-executive member. The board works closely with the CEO and leadership team, providing strategic guidance to drive long-term growth and position the company as a leader in outsourced software development, with a particular emphasis on AI-driven innovation.

The role

As an Independent Board Member, your mission will be to advise the executive team on strategic growth and market positioning, and to actively leverage your network of C-suite relationships to support business development. Youll participate in quarterly board meetings and help the company expand into high-value sectors where demand for AI-based solutions is accelerating.

The requirements

• Senior experience in business, technology, or investment-related sectors
• Proven ability to support strategic initiatives at executive level
• Well-established C-suite network (e.g., CEO, CFO, CTO) in at least one of the following sectors :
• Telecommunications
• Banking & Financial Services
• Private Equity / Fund Management
• Technology Startups
• EU institutions or affiliated organizations
• Understanding of outsourced software development and AI technologies
• Prior board experience is a plus, but not required
• Availability of at least 5 working days per month
