The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of French and English, and a Bac+2 in international trade. Innovative and dynamic SME, subsidiary of a leading Anglo‑Saxon group in thermal solutions. We are looking for a trilingual Sales Assistant to support our international development.

Missions

The role of the trilingual Sales Assistant will be to act as the essential link between the company and its international customers, particularly those in Benelux and Germany. He/she will ensure customer satisfaction by guaranteeing rigorous order processing and high‑quality sales follow‑up.

His responsibilities include

  • Manage and monitor orders (quotations, registration, reminders).
  • Update customer files (rates, payment terms, creditworthiness).
  • Update sales information in ERP/CRM.
  • Communicate the company's services and provide support to customers in France and Belgium.
Training

Bac+2 in international trade or equivalent.

Experience

2 to 5 years in a similar position, ideally in industry.

Technical skills
  • French and English essential (B2/C1 level)
  • Dutch greatly appreciated
