Overview

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and scaling benefits programs for a globally distributed workforce. You will work at the intersection of strategy and operations, designing impactful benefits offerings while ensuring smooth execution across regions. The position offers high visibility and influence, partnering closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients. You will manage complex, multi-country benefits landscapes and help drive consistency, innovation, and compliance. Accountabilities
  • Lead the design, launch, and scaling of new benefits programs across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with workforce needs and operational capabilities
  • Project manage renewals of existing benefits policies, maintaining strong oversight of timelines, costs, and vendor performance
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with benefits vendors and strategic partners
  • Develop clear documentation, tools, and materials to support benefits offerings internally and externally
  • Act as a subject matter expert on benefits, providing guidance to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Create and continuously improve processes to support rapidly growing and evolving operations
  • Support clients in identifying and implementing benefits solutions tailored to their specific needs
  • Resolve complex, cross-functional queries related to benefits programs and operations
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in benefits management, either within a brokerage environment or a large, high-growth organization
  • Strong operational experience running and administering benefits plans across different contexts
  • Proven ability to build partnerships, influence decisions, and communicate complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
  • High level of ownership, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to inform decisions and improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated interest in the future of work and evolving workplace trends
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to design innovative, user-focused solutions
  • Experience working effectively across cultures, countries, and distributed teams
