Position Overview

As a Bartender, you are a beverage expert and brand ambassador. You mix, serve, and recommend drinks with flair, ensuring consistency, quality, and an unforgettable guest experience. Your energy, creativity, and professionalism define the Lucia Cannes bar vibe and contribute to the Celebration of Life.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve all drinks according to Lucia Cannes recipes and standards
• Master all cocktails and beverage items on the menu
• Welcome guests warmly and create a lively, interactive atmosphere
• Recommend drinks using product knowledge and upselling techniques
• Handle orders, payments, and guest interactions confidently
• Maintain bar cleanliness and ensure mise en place is complete at all times
• Keep fridges and bar stock organized and replenished throughout service
• Comply with hygiene, health & safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Manage bar opening and closing duties
• Collaborate with the Barback and service team for seamless execution
• Respond promptly to guest needs and feedback
• Minimize wastage while maintaining strict quality control
