The FrogPubs group has been around since 1993, when we created one of France’s first microbreweries on the rue St Denis in Paris. Today we run eight bars and restaurants, with six breweries, employing over 200 people and generating around 16M€ of annual sales. Our beers are best-in-class, as measured by over 50 medals won to date in major international brewing competitions. Your principal goal working at The Frog & Rosbif in Bordeaux will be to ensure that every customer leaves happy. As a Shift Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of running services in the pub, meeting our Customer Service standards, leading and training your team – including in the kitchen – keeping everybody safe, and achieving your sales targets.

We have full‑time and part‑time positions available, starting ASAP. We understand that lots of our team have other commitments and therefore we have a flexible approach to our rotas. The salary is paid monthly, with bonuses and increments awarded for giving great customer service, meeting sales targets, training and achieving objectives.
