Description du poste

A banquet server/bartender is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests during events such as weddings, corporate meetings, and other special occasions. They are responsible for setting up and breaking down banquet rooms, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities :
  • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
  • Ensure that all tables are properly set with linens, silverware, and glassware
  • Greet and communicate with guests and event contacts
  • Anticipate, acknowledge, and respond promptly to guest's needs
  • Maintain positive attitude and positive guest relations at all times
  • Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
  • Learn and maintain complete knowledge of all departmental and company policies, service procedures, and standards
  • Serve food and beverages to guests
  • Clear tables and clean banquet rooms after events
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonalcommunication skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)and ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to handle emergency and stressful situations like resolving customer conflicts
