A leading consulting firm in Paris is seeking an IT Consultant with 0–7 years of experience in IT consulting or technology delivery to support clients in the banking and insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of core banking IT landscapes, hands-on experience with cloud migration, and a strong analytical mindset. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to drive digital transformation, while developing expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and IT operating models.

What You’ll Do

• 0–7 years of experience in IT consulting, system integration, or technology delivery within the banking or insurance sector, or within a top‑tier consultancy or tech company.
• Solid understanding of core banking and insurance IT landscapes, and exposure to modernization, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture topics.
• Hands‑on experience or familiarity with cloud migration, target architecture definition, system integration, data platforms, or process digitalization.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset — able to structure complex technology challenges and propose actionable, value‑driven solutions.
• Collaborative and communicative, capable of working with both business and IT stakeholders to align strategy, architecture, and execution.
• Curious and motivated to develop expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, ArchiMate, etc.), IT operating models, and transformation planning in complex financial environments.
• Entrepreneurial attitude — ownership, initiative, and contribution to internal and client‑facing innovation activities.
• High ethical standards and professionalism, fostering client trust and team collaboration.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business/Finance with a strong interest in technology, and strong academic performance.
