Description du poste

Kronospan is a leading manufacturer of high quality wood-based panels. The company has operations in Europe, Asia and the USA. Kronospan manufactures wood-based panels at more than 30 sites worldwide and is represented in 27 countries. Our products are used in everything from flooring and furniture to timber-framed houses. In 2007 Kronospan SRB d.o.o. became as the second largest greenfield investment in Serbia a part of Kronospan.

Main duties and responsibilities
  1. Customer orders processing: offer preparation, order acceptance, processing and follow-up support;
  2. Preparation of loading list;
  3. Ensuring high level of customer service;
  4. Close cooperation with the external sales team, logistics, planning department and credit control;
  5. Daily business communication via email and/or by phone.
Requirements
  1. Fluent in English;
  2. Knowledge of other language would be an advantage;
  3. Good understanding of sales principles and customer service;
  4. High motivation and commitment;
  5. Good knowledge of MS Office;
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
