Role Overview

We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level Italian and solid cold calling experience to join an international tech-focused sales environment. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Sofia offering a stable base salary, performance bonus, and relocation support.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage business leads.
  • Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies.
  • Build, manage, and develop a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions.
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets.
Requirements
  • Native-level Italian (mandatory) and fluent English.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience.
  • Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification.
  • Experience in tech SaaS or digital advertising is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and a results‑driven proactive mindset.
What We Offer
  • Full‑time contract Monday to Friday (09:00 – 18:00).
  • Hybrid work model based in Sofia.
  • Gross monthly salary: 3 300 BGN plus bonus benefits.
  • Quarterly performance bonus: up to 2 000 BGN.
  • Relocation support, including company‑paid accommodation for the first 10 days or more, assistance in finding long‑term housing, possibility of salary advance if needed.
  • Affordable cost of living: fully furnished apartments of at least 40 m² available from around 200 EUR per month.
