A global hospitality leader is looking for a full-time marketing professional to develop and execute B2B and B2C strategies. This role includes brand positioning, social media management, and participation in industry events. Ideal candidates will have experience in real estate marketing and a strategic mindset. B2B Marketing : Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to support and enhance A1L position as industry leader and first choice mixed-use operator. Collaborate with Development teams marketing leaders to build awareness and profile of A1L on internal channels Masterclass platform. Lead generation & relationship management / nurturing implement targeted campaigns and content to attract and engage new developer partners and key stakeholders. Thought leadership - position A1L leaders within industry via owned channels and earned media. Enhance content for presentations including Case Studies White papers etc. Event and Conference Strategy Plan and execute A1L participation in high-touch (internal & external) events industry conferences and private showcases for key partners (i.e real estate industry leaders developers / investors). Manage and maintain key presentations including pitch deck industry presentations and kick-off meeting materials.
B2C Marketing : PR Strategy : Extend scope of corporate and brand agencies to position residential offering and active projects. Social Media Management Manage content calendar and align with Corporate and Brand peers for regular A1l / Residential content and posts (LinkedIn & IG). Collaborate with Brand Orgs Mkt & Digital teams to build campaigns to target resident owners and UHNW and dedicated ALL homeowners campaigns.
