In this role, you’ll work closely with our Business Partners and Distributors to identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and deliver innovative technology solutions that make a real impact.

You’ll manage a quota-driven territory, combining new business development with account management. This includes engaging with existing and potential customers, driving demand, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role offers a mix of office, remote, and travel-based work, giving you variety and flexibility.

If you’re motivated, results-driven, and ready to take the next step in your sales career, we’d love to hear from you.

Essential Functions
  • Develop, implement, and ensure execution of a regional strategic plan to align partners and the sales team with the regional growth strategy.
  • Develop, manage, and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities with sales partners and distributors to drive revenue through cold calling and following up on prospect lists shared with partners.
  • Work closely with NetApp and sales partner resources to build brand awareness, communicate NetApp's vision, and generate demand in the assigned territory.
  • Actively engage with existing and potential customers in the commercial segment (medium‑sized businesses) in a designated sales area covering Ile‑de‑France, Grand Est, Hauts‑de‑France, and Normandy regions, with a focus on following up with existing customers and acquiring new ones.
  • Identify potential customers, schedule appointments, conduct effective sales calls/meetings and manage the sales cycle to successfully close new business.
  • Be responsible and committed to the accuracy of sales forecasts, linearity, and operational hygiene in order to achieve excellence in sales management.
  • Provide sales support within the partner community to improve communication and collaboration. Work closely with the channel team to generate pipeline and close opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the strategic marketing plan for the assigned territory, ensuring that internal and external resources are actively engaged.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or similar is preferred.
  • The completion of commercial apprenticeship and/or professional experience in internal and external sales.
  • At least 3 years of relevant and equivalent experience in a position with responsibility for a dedicated portfolio with a target in your own name.

  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and handle dozens of files simultaneously.
  • Self‑starter and self‑motivated, who is comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
