Le candidat développant un projet de recherche en immunologie translationnelle travaillera en collaboration avec des institutions reconnues. Teaching profile:
– The person recruited will be required to teach at Bachelor level in Biology in the disciplines of Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology.
– And at master level, in the Master’s degree in Biology
– She/he may have to teach at Grenoble and/or Valence sites.

Research profile:
– The candidate will develop a research project in translational immunology in closed collaboration with the Institute of Advanced Biosciences (IAB, UGA Inserm 1209 CNRS 5309) and the French Blood Bank (Etablissement Français du Sang [EFS] Auvergne Rhône-Alpes [AuRA]).
– The goal of this project will be based on the characterization and the modulation of innate immune responses (i.e., dendritic cells, monocytes/macrophages)
in chronic inflammatory settings (including cancers, infections, transplantation…). This project of translational research will consist in studying the role of these innate immune cells during immune modulation (i.e., immunotherapies) and/or in using these innate immune cells to develop new preventive or therapeutic
approaches.

– The relationship between these innate immune cells and effector cells (i.e., conventional T cells, gamma/delta T cells, MAIT, NK or iNKT cells) would be also studied.
