Job Description

Hey Folks,

We are a faith-based, family-owned, Bible-believing, and old-fashioned operation. Our main concern is creating an environment that is safe, proficient, professional, and comfortable for our employees and owner.

We need someone with attention to detail for tasks like wiping down counters and catching small details such as fingerprints. The candidate should also be capable of moving ladders and mowers, troubleshooting issues with janitorial, lawn care, or other equipment. A laid-back attitude, flexibility, reliability, and good eyesight are essential. Your shift will be either Tues - Friday or Wed - Sat, with hours varying but typically around 40 hours over 4 days.

Experience in this field is helpful but not mandatory, as all employees are expected to follow current company procedures. We prioritize attitude and personality.

Payroll is processed bi-weekly.

Job responsibilities include:

1. Window Cleaning
2. Lawn Care
3. Commercial Janitorial Level II: operating walk-behind or sit-down scrub machines
4. Commercial Janitorial Level I: proficient in cleaning sinks, toilets, mirrors, door handles, and glass, and ensuring trash is emptied regularly

Requirements:

• Own a valid driver’s license
• Have your own vehicle or reliable transportation
• Trustworthy and capable of assisting in employee training
• Able to pass probation within 1-2 months and adapt quickly
• Good time management skills under pressure
• Consistent employment history
• Instate or local applicants preferred
