Description du poste

Monitor and patrol assigned areas to provide a safe environment for guests, team members, the company and their property. Provide outstanding service to our guests with questions and/or concerns.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Provide protection for guests and team members
• Guard all transfers of moneys and tokens on the casino floor and transport hopper fills, chip fills and credits
Interact with guests and team members in a professional manner and interact with local law enforcement agencies as required
• Pat શું the all areas of the casino and hotel
• Assist guests with room keys
• Respond to reports of guest and/or team member injury or illness
• Preserve the scene of criminal activity for investigators and outside agencies
• Complete all incident reports pertaining to outside patron issues
• Escort armored car personnel around the property
• Escort trespassing individuals off property
• Secure the submissive office during in-custody situations
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both Ear and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
