GIE AXA recherche un(e) apprenti(e) Foresight à partir de septembre 2025. Le candidat soutiendra la production de contenu sur des thèmes variés et participera à des analyses prospectives. Compétences en analyse, maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, et autonomie sont requises. Des bureaux à Paris avec des possibilités de télétravail garantissent un cadre de travail agréable.

Qualifications

• Capacités d'analyse et de synthèse.
• Intérêt pour la recherche interdisciplinaire.
• Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, surtout à l'écrit.

Responsabilités

• Contribuer à la production de contenu et à la recherche sur des thématiques variées.
• Rédiger des analyses prospectives pour alimenter la newsletter du mois.
• Assister à la coordination et à la présentation d'ateliers créatifs.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

What You’ll Do:

• Contribute to content production and desk research in the thematic pillars of environment, health, socioeconomics, and data & tech.
• Draft foresight analysis to feed the team’s monthly newsletter, internal foresight notes, and the annual foresight exploration.
• Explore different foresight tools and methodologies, aiming to strengthen the team’s toolkit and our colleagues’ foresight capacities.
• Assist in the coordination and presentation of creative workshops, webinars, and other events to promote foresight productions.
• Support the rolling-out of the 100+ reasons to love the future program.

YOUR PROFILE

Who You Are:

• Strong capabilities of analysis and synthesis.
• Intellectual curiosity and interest in cross-disciplinary research.
• Excellent command of French and English, especially written.
• Autonomy, discipline, and good organizational skills.
• Knowledge in design thinking and ability to facilitate creative workshops is a plus.
