- Must propose one or more skills.

- Knowledge of the IT sector / digital products (bonus if experience in mobility or SaaS platforms).
- Control of the delivery process & its optimization (limitation of incidents / improvement of velocity).
- Excellent mastery of collective intelligence workshop tools & formats.
- Ability to lead large-scale events (PI Planning, seminars).
- Skills in team coaching, posture of facilitator / catalyst of change.
- Strong human qualities: listening, pedagogy, neutrality, ability to bring out solutions with the teams.
- Agile maturity assessment method.
- The way in which they manage resistance to change.
- The tools he masters (Miro, Jira...).
Project context
Bemo is a company specialising in digital solutions for electric mobility. It is responsible for the development & evolution of an eMSP (e‑Mobility Service Provider) platform that manages and delivers electric vehicle charging services for MSPs (Mobility Service Providers). The Bemotech teams, in charge of the technical platform, are attached to Bemo’s product which does not follow the usual cycle of our client and is managed completely by Bemotech. As part of its agile at scale (SAFe) organisation, Bemotech wishes to strengthen the support of its IT development teams to improve performance, collaboration & commitment. The main objective is to benefit from structured & operational agile coaching, to support the evolution of four squads (about 20 people) involved in the development of this platform.
The mission will focus on:
- Structure & streamline Agile events (PI Planning, PI Review, Sprint review, Dependency Synchronisation).
- Manage delivery improvement in connection with incident REX.
- Develop an agile & collaborative mindset within teams.
- Strengthen the mastery of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) – facilitate interactions between IT & business teams.
Scope of the service
The service concerns 4 multidisciplinary IT squads, each composed of 3 to 5 people (developers, POs, Data engineers) with rather senior profiles. These squads are integrated into an Agile Release Train (ART) operating under the SAFe framework.
Missions of the agile coach
Accompaniment of the squads on:
- Animation & effectiveness of rituals (Daily, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
- Continuous improvement (velocity, quality, feedback, agile KPIs, OKRs).
- Drive delivery improvement related to REX incidents – Reduce the number of critical deliver‑related incidents by 50%.
Agile mindset development
- Individual & collective coaching (posture, mindset, responsibility, transparency).
- Strengthening autonomy, mutual aid & collaboration.
- Facilitation of collective intelligence workshops, in particular on cross‑functional issues between squads, collaboration between IT & business lines (product vision, prioritisation, dependency management).
Support for AGILE events
- Preparation, facilitation or co‑facilitation of PI Planning.
- Organisation & coordination of the PI Review.
- Support for the facilitation of internal IT seminars (plenary format, participatory workshops).
- Regular reporting & recommendations on:
- The evolution of agile practices.
- Sticking points & areas for improvement.
- The levels of commitment & maturity of the teams.
Goals & deliverables
The agile coaches will be functionally attached to the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) & the Chief Product Officer. A monthly steering committee will be organised to:
- Monitor the progress of the mission
- Analyse team feedback
- Adjust actions & priorities as necessary
Expected deliverables
- Initial support plan, including initial diagnoses & a roadmap.
- Reports of the interventions & workshops carried out (summary format).
- Monthly reports for the steering committee, including:
- Activities carried out
- Progress indicators
- Difficulties encountered / corrective actions
- Recommendations formalised at the end of the mission
- Global feedback (summary of learnings & areas for improvement)
