AGENT LOGISTIQUE H / F – Permanent contract

Responsibilities

• To check and certify that the components delivered by suppliers are fully compliant with their definitions and the requirements set out in the contract using dimensional, visual or other inspection methods and resources.
• Conduct quality inspections within your scope of responsibility to certify product conformity.
• Check product conformity and complete/validate the associated records.
• Identify, isolate and record nonconforming or suspect products (e.g., FNC, NCM, supplier complaints) and contribute to their processing by implementing security measures.
• Carry out necessary inspections (dimensions, appearance, texture, hardness, conductivity, welds and anodization for goods received; identification, quantity, appearance and marking for goods awaiting shipment) using appropriate tools and measuring instruments.
• Isolate nonconforming products and those awaiting decision and contribute to their processing.
• Follow the required procedures and contribute to preparing and applying the inspection report; complete and validate records and traceability documents.
• Work on problem-solving and provide proactive recommendations for process improvements; ensure the application of good practices.
• Special missions (depending on flows and working environment): check data compliance before validating/printing documents; issue release documents (DAIN, EASA, CC, FRA, ETAT F); resolve nonconformities and monitor associated performance indicators; handle components.
