ADAS Customer Support Technicians are the face of the remote services that we offer and is not a traditional call-center position — it is a high-skill, high-impact technical support role that directly affects vehicle safety and customer satisfaction.
This role requires customer interaction via telephone and online chat to perform remote vehicle scanning, programming, and Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) calibrations to help the collision shop get the customer’s vehicle calibrated and back on the road safely.
