• Deliver working software each sprint, taking end-to-end responsibility for increments.

• Participate actively in Sprint Planning, reviews, and retrospectives within Agile frameworks.
• Ensure high product quality through adherence to coding standards, testing, refactoring, and best practices.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, maximizing product value.
• Engage in continuous learning and process improvement, focusing on technical skills.
• Support continuous integration with automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Promote transparency of work in progress and coordinate with other teams for effective integration.
• Mentor and support team members, sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration.
• Take collective ownership of the product, sharing responsibility for successes and failures.
• Participate in team-building activities to foster positive team dynamics.
