• Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of our products and services to offer accurate assistance.
• Document all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate records and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for enhancing service delivery.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and share best practices with peers.
• Contribute innovative ideas for improving customer experience and overall service quality.

• Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken, with a strong command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
