Migma.ai is on a mission to revolutionise email creation. Our AI-driven platform automatically imports brand guidelines and generates on-brand emails in seconds. We’re a Stockholm/Barcelona startup backed by EWOR and founded by the Lababidi brothers (PaidTabs alumni).
Role Overview
We’re looking for a junior Backend & AI Developer to help build and scale our core platform. You’ll work with our CEO (AI/Backend specialist) and CTO (Frontend/Design lead) to develop APIs and integrate machine learning models that generate personalised email content.
Responsibilities
– Design, build and maintain backend services (Node.js/Python)
– Integrate user-facing features with server-side logic
– Implement security, data protection and scalability
– Train and fine-tune AI models for email generation
– Collaborate with designers and researchers to ship new features
Requirements
– 1–3 years of backend development experience (Node.js, Python or similar)
– Familiarity with Next.js and TypeScript
– Strong Python skills and experience with ML/LLMs
– Interest in NLP, computer vision or generative AI
– Passion for user-centric product design
