- Collaborate with the best: Work with data engineers, backend engineers, and product managers to develop AI-powered fintech solutions.
- Optimize and scale: Build scalable data pipelines, fine-tune models for performance and accuracy, and meet high standards in the financial sector.
- Learn and lead: Stay updated on AI and fintech developments, participate in code reviews, and uphold high-quality engineering practices.

- Work collaboratively across teams.
- 5+ years of applied Machine Learning experience in industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., ScikitLearn, Transformers, PyTorch).
- Experience with classical ML (e.g., XGBoost) and deep models (e.g., RNNs).
- Expertise in NLP and computer vision.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering.
- Experience with time series analysis and predictive modeling in finance.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Knowledge of data security and privacy in finance.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, loosely defined environments with competing priorities.
- Ownership mindset and willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience with credit scoring, ad optimization, or large language models.
- Knowledge of continued pre-training and fine-tuning of LLMs.
- Experience with quantitative finance.
- Contributions to open-source or research publications in FinTech.
