We are looking for a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager IT and Digital.

• Implement effective sourcing strategies for various IT and Digital categories and services, focusing on digital solutions, software, consultants, and SaaS.
• Manage suppliers' performance with a focus on continuous total cost control, performance improvement, and innovation.
• Define and execute the Global Category Strategy to ensure cost savings while maintaining and improving quality, with the key parameter being Total Cost of Ownership.
• Ensure third-party requirements are clearly communicated to the supplier base, business needs are fulfilled, and execution is seamless.
• Build and maintain a global supplier base, including contracting, negotiations, relationship building, risk management, and supplier performance.
• Secure Global KPIs performance and Procurement Policy implementation.
• Provide continuous support to IT teams, increasing compliance.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs with suppliers to ensure optimal costs and reliable supply according to RHG's Corporate Procurement Policies and Procedures.
• Operate as the leader for all issues with suppliers regarding quality, delivery, service, and costs, ensuring alignment with internal partners.

5+ years of experience in sourcing, with demonstrable success in a cross-cultural and matrix environment. Proven negotiation and analytical skills.

• The position reports directly to the CSO Strategic Sourcing Senior Director.
