• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise/Operational/IT Risk Management.
• Relevant certifications like CRiSC, CISA, ISO 31000.
• Basic knowledge of COBIT 2019 and local regulatory standards.

As Entity Risk Officer of Allianz Technology France you will support the Country Leader and the Head of Finance with the implementation and coordination of the concerning risks and controls, assuring the observance of safeguards measures and contribute towards developing their maturity, following the globally unified approach at AZ Technology. Given the critical role of the Operating Entities and the related risks, the Risk Officer is 100% dedicated to risk (full-time).

Interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively translate complex IT, risk and general security issues and solutions into terms that can be presented and understood by both technical and non-technical audiences. What you do

• Perform local independent risk oversight function as 2nd Line of Defense, managing timely execution of risk management lifecycles (NFRM, ERM, SoG) and ensuring compliance with Allianz Technology Risk Framework.
• Foster relationships with Allianz Technology France colleagues and safeguarding functions, coordinating activities with Data Privacy, Information Security, TPRM, Protection & Resilience, Compliance, and Legal.
• Own the implementation of the Risk Policy Framework and Control Assurance Report, supporting high-quality delivery by maintaining oversight on IT RM - ARA coverage and updating RM tools like ServiceNow and ORGS.
• Coordinate Top & Emerging Risk assessments and risk assessments supporting business control implementation, documentation, and mitigation plan development.
• Manage Risk Reporting, ensuring timely and quality reporting of material risk management information to stakeholders, and supporting project risk assessments and decisions.
• Participate in regular meetings with the Regional Risk Officer and stakeholders, maintaining the MS Teams Repository and conducting general risk awareness sessions to improve risk culture maturity.
• Manage NFRM Testing Plan with 2nd LoD testing activities, coordinating with Internal Audit, external audit plans, and compliance, while overseeing day-to-day management of the local risk team.

What you bring

• Relevant Certifications like CRiSC, CISA, ISO 31000 Certified Risk Management, COBIT 2019, ISO27001
• Good understanding of the risk categories: operational risk, IT risk, project risk, third party risk, business risk.
• Basic knowledge of local regulatory environment and standards like: COBIT 2019, COSO, and ISAE/SOC reports
• Strong communication and Interpersonal skills with the ability to work in an international team in a global set-up
• Advanced skills in MS Office, knowledge of ORGS, Service Now is a plus
• Mandatory fleuncy in French and English (oral and written)
• Degree holder, at least 5+ years of professional experience in different areas of Enterprise/ Operational/ IT Risk Management or other safeguarding functions.
