Job Description:

Our client, a multinational company in the automotive sector, is seeking a Quality Engineer responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, managing audits, and optimizing production processes. Experience in the automotive sector and knowledge of Automotive Quality standards, ISO, and IATF are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to client/supplier inquiries and provide technical support.
• Handle quality complaints, create 8D reports, record and follow up on complaints.
• Meet customer satisfaction objectives and KPIs on time.
• Assist in complaint analysis, participate in team meetings, and prepare quality reports.
• Conduct frequent visits to clients to maintain quality standards.
• Periodically audit suppliers to ensure quality levels, and assist them in innovating and developing their processes.
• Attend client visits and quality audits.
• Negotiate costs related to customer claims.
• Support homologation reports (PPAP) and metrology testing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Engineering degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Automotive Quality standards and ISO/IATF norms.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent in Catalan/Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• French/German language skills are a plus.
