Descripción del empleo

1. Work in a cross-functional team to implement your own test strategy: foster quality within the team, develop tests at various levels complementing Product Owners’ user stories, and contribute to the overall General Quality Strategy.
2. Perform functional, automation, and API testing for a range of products and third-party applications.
3. Manage end-user feedback (issue tickets) regarding reproducibility and impact assessment, collaborating with Product teams and following up on issues.
4. Communicate and collaborate with Developers, Product Teams, and stakeholders to explain and resolve issues.
5. Have prior experience as a QA in a dynamic environment.
6. Possess knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and defect management systems.
7. Be capable of creating functional automation tests using object-oriented frameworks, including end-to-end and API tests, utilizing tools like Playwright and Postman.
8. Write SQL queries to validate business rules and calculations across tables to ensure comprehensive data coverage.
9. Understand DevOps practices.
10. Have knowledge of non-functional testing.
11. Exhibit excellent analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in English (additional languages like Spanish and French are a plus).
12. Question the status quo in testing practices and in building quality at all levels.
