Founded in 2015, papernest is a French startup and member of the French Tech 120, which helps individuals manage their contracts and subscriptions on a daily basis.
Our platform enables individuals to combine, terminate, and subscribe to all their housing contracts - electricity, gas, internet, mobile, home insurance - in just a few clicks.

Sales Operations mission is to optimize processes and tools for our call centers, deploy new offers, solve sales problems, and effectively manage provider data to maximize revenues and customer satisfaction. At the intersection of Operations, Product & Tech, and external partners, Sales Operations have a direct impact on revenue, efficiency, and team success.
As the Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping papernest’s growth by optimizing sales processes, tools, and strategies across multiple markets (France, Spain, Italy).
This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring you to lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and ensure our sales infrastructure is scalable, efficient, and data-driven.
You will manage an international Sales Ops team of +10 sales ops professionals with permanent contracts, VIEs, and interns based in the Barcelona office. If you love building, optimizing, and leading with impact, this role is for you!
?Compensation: a plan for Subscription Warrants for Company Creators (BSPCE) in accordance with company regulations, as well as a Pluxee card to manage your tax level through a voluntary compensation system across different services (transportation, dining, and childcare).
