About the role
To support and boost our growth, we are looking for a Senior CRM specialist to lead the design, execution, and continuous optimization of data-driven, multichannel CRM initiatives aimed at maximizing user retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
In this high-impact role, you will be a key member of the Marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Growth, and working closely with several cross-functional teams.
While you'll operate as an individual contributor, your scope is broad and strategic, ideal for someone excited about building from the ground up while being hands-on.
Key Responsibilities
Lifecycle Strategy & User Journeys
- Define and map rider segments and journeys, tailoring messaging based on user behaviors, ride history, and lifecycle stage;
- Develop and own a comprehensive lifecycle communication strategy that increases rider retention, frequency, and revenue;
- Use both qualitative and quantitative inputs to shape hypotheses and initiatives.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end creation of automated and one-off CRM campaigns (push notifications, in-app messages, email, content cards);
- Localize content across different languages and cities, managing translations (ES, FR, EN, CA) and tone consistency;
- Execute agile, test-and-learn cycles by launching experiments to improve performance continuously.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the engagement representative across the company, working closely with Marketing, Data, and Product teams to align initiatives and share insights;
- Partner with the tech and data team to ensure proper event tracking and data flows for campaign automation and personalization;
- Support the Product team in exploring CRM-powered feature activations or loyalty mechanisms that drive long-term usage.
Data & Insights
- Monitor and analyze key CRM performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and providing actionable insights;
- Track the impact of lifecycle initiatives on core business KPIs;
- Stay up to date on CRM and retention trends, bringing forward best practices and fresh ideas to keep YEGO ahead of the curve.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention roles, preferably in mobile-first B2C businesses;
- Proven expertise in customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and driving measurable revenue growth via CRM initiatives;
- Hands-on experience with Braze, with proven success in designing and launching data-driven CRM strategies that drive measurable revenue outcomes;
- Results-oriented with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement;
- Experience managing multilingual communications; fluency in Spanish and French is required;
- Track record of owning projects from ideation through execution;
- Autonomous, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong comfort level working in lean teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in gaming or consumer tech sectors;
- Personal familiarity with YEGO (as a user) is a plus;
- Experience in small teams or startups where individual contribution drives strategic outcomes.
