Role Overview

As a Digital Enterprise Architect, you are responsible for driving scalable enterprise transformation, enabling organizations to accelerate cloud adoption, optimize business value, and maximize automation. You support customers in translating their strategy into architecture and assist them on their cloud transformation journey by leveraging SAP’s reference-based services that provide an outside-in perspective. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading the modernization of enterprise transformation through digital tools
• Supporting organizations to innovate continuously and adopt cutting-edge technologies
• Driving the adoption of AI-driven automation and SAP RISE integrated methodologies
• Collaborating with Global Enterprise Architecture teams to leverage expertise throughout the customer lifecycle
• Using data and tools to monitor adoption and consumption activities, including Relationship Assessments and Outcome Success Plans
• Analyzing consumption data to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Acting as the primary escalation point for customer account issues
• Encouraging role development, action plan creation, and contributing to business growth strategies
• Participating in a dynamic digital customer engagement ecosystem
• Working within an innovative, growth-oriented business environment
• Benefiting from a culture that promotes collaboration, continuous learning, and growth mindset

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates will have:

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, or cloud adoption projects
• A strong understanding of enterprise architecture methods and integration architectures
• Certifications in enterprise architecture and value realization methodologies
• Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies (SaaS, DaaS, PaaS) in business contexts
• Project management certifications and expertise in planning, coordinating, and monitoring initiatives, with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to understand technical and business requirements
• Deep knowledge of SAP product portfolio and key GTM motions such as RISE with SAP
• Proficiency in English, and proficiency in German, French, and/or Spanish is a plus
