About this project : sales-marketing / others. We are seeking a freelance professional with experience in the gohighlevel platform and strong phone communication skills to optimize a lead capture funnel and optionally make follow-up calls and schedule closings.Regarding the project : I am an official distributor of Enagic and have a system to generate leads interested in home demonstrations of ionized water through Meta ads campaigns and automations in gohighlevel.I need an expert to help improve this process and an assistant to manage calls.

Key responsibilities include : Optimization of the funnel in gohighlevel : Analyze and improve lead segmentation and qualification within the platform.Design and implement more effective filters and forms to capture relevant information.Optimize existing automation sequences (WhatsApp, email, SMS) to increase interaction and conversion.Implement strategies to increase the conversion rate from leads to confirmed appointments.Call assistant and appointment closing : Proactively contact interested and pre-qualified leads.Confirm and schedule appointments for home water demonstrations.Answer basic questions about the service and products.Follow up on scheduled appointments.Ideal freelancer profile : Proven experience configuring and optimizing marketing and sales funnels using gohighlevel.Strong verbal communication skills, capable of generating empathy and trust over the phone.Fluent in Spanish (native or excellent level).Previous experience in sales, especially in health, wellness, or premium products sectors, is a plus.Collaboration conditions : Initially, a fixed scope project for funnel optimization and initial call tasks.High potential for long-term collaboration based on results.Initial compensation will be a fixed project fee,
