Skills in MS Office and familiarity with hotel systems like MICROS and Opera are essential. Formación

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel secretarial role.
• Proven results in administrative management.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth administrative operations of the Food & Beverage office.
• Handle all communications including phone calls and emails.
• Welcome visitors and manage inquiries effectively.
• Prepare and maintain documents and reports accurately.
• Support budget monitoring and compliance with company policies.
• Lead the hostess and reservations team.
