A well-known appliance company is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator in Madrid, Spain, to lead operations including inventory management and incoming/outgoing goods processing. Candidates should have relevant warehousing licenses and about 1-2 years of supply chain experience. Key responsibilities include ensuring stock rotation, coordinating stock takes, and liaising with service providers. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. This role supports a clean and efficient warehouse environment.

Formación

  • Relevant warehousing licenses such as forklift and manual handling.
  • Certificate in warehousing preferred.
  • 1-2 years supply chain experience preferred.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.

Descripción del empleo

Lead the coordination and management of the warehouse, inventory and its operations

Maintain a safe, clean and orderly workplace

Act autonomously and with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
  • Monitor, coordinate and process all incoming and outgoing goods / deliveries
  • Monitor and process returns including initial quality inspection
  • Investigate stock deviations
  • Monitor inventory levels and refill pick locations / bins as required
  • Ensure appropriate rotation of stock to minimize out-of-dates / scrapping
  • Lead the coordination and participate in stock taking
  • Lead the coordination and participate in warehouse management functions including scrapping and OHSE
  • Liaise and coordinate with relevant service providers, internal stakeholders and customers as it relates to the movement of goods / deliveries
  • Other supply chain duties as directed

  • Receiving and dispatch time
  • Returns processing time
  • Stock taking accuracy (% of stock variation)
Competencies / Skills

Education :

  • Relevant warehousing licenses (forklift, manual handling, dangerous good)
  • Certificate in warehousing preferred

Work experience :

  • ~1-2 years supply chain experience preferred
  • ~ SAP experience preferred
