A leading jewellery brand is seeking a Visual Merchandising Intern based in Madrid. This role will support the implementation of VM guidelines, collaborating closely with various teams and contributing to marketing activities. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, possesses a relevant degree, and has strong organizational and communication skills. Visual Merchandising Internship - Iberia Scope

Location: Madrid, Spain

Are you passionate about fashion, jewellery, and brand execution at point of sale? Do you want to grow and learn within the world's largest jewellery brand? This could be the internship for you! It's an exciting time to join Pandora as we're undergoing significant growth across our WEEU cluster. To support and drive that growth, the Visual Merchandising team is looking for a Visual Merchandising Intern to join us, based in Madrid, supporting the Iberia region (Spain and Portugal).

Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Specialists (2x), this role ensures the support in operational implementation of the Visual Merchandising plan in points of sale specific to the Spanish and Portuguese market, while respecting the global image of PANDORA.

You will create and provide support in Visual Merchandising guidelines to be cascaded down to all relevant stakeholders in the organization, aimed at aligning in-store practices and implementations. You will support to ensure the correct implementation in top 50 stores and in charge of VM trainings to the staff.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
VM GUIDELINES DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
  • Support in the implementation of VM guidelines to suit market needs, by managing the product set-up preparation, the shooting process and building the VM Guidelines for Retail.
  • Evaluate VM implementation reports from the stores and giving feedback, sharing and collaborating with VM Specialists with focus in top 50 stores.
COMMUNICATION FLOW
  • Work closely with the Trade Marketing & Sales teams to ensure alignment on all campaign and activations implementations.
  • Ensure regular updates of the VM Data base and stores layouts.
  • Work closely with partners and suppliers.
OPERATIONAL SUPPORT
  • VM reporting.
  • Provide support for Marketing activities, PR events, showroom activities.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • BA or VM Degree Studies
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus!)
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge (with focus on Photoshop and Power Point, Excel)
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills and attention to detail
  • Strong VM Skills
  • Good organizational and planning skills, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required, with experience in project management
  • You're a team player and you have experience working across large matrix organisations
  • Fast learner, able to pick up product knowledge quickly and accurately, personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills
  • Ability to share knowledge, confident talking and presenting in public, in an engaging and informative style.
