Overview

Underwriting Opportunities – French Market at Acquinex, part of PIB Group. Join a growing entrepreneurial platform expanding its European underwriting presence.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite complex Warranty & Indemnity (W&I), tax, title and contingent risk policies across French and cross‑border M&A transactions.
• Collaborate closely with brokers, legal advisors and corporate clients to deliver bespoke solutions that support deal execution and mitigate risk.
• Support the full underwriting process from submission to policy issuance.
• Contribute to market development and underwriting strategy for the French market.
• Build trusted relationships with brokers, advisors and clients.
• Mentor or learn from others within a supportive, high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• Background in underwriting, M&A, corporate law, tax advisory or a related transactional risk field.
• Strong understanding of French M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations, or tax structuring.
• Experience analysing risk, drafting policy documentation or managing deal processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and drafting skills.
• Fluency in French and English (additional European languages a plus).
• Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced, cross‑border environment.
